I am a Licensed Certified Clinical Social Worker with experience helping individuals cope with the symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood swings, mood disorders, psychosis, dementia, trauma, hoarding disorders, anticipatory grief, and bereavement. I provide client-centered treatments that combine behavioral and thought modifications with the use of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), person centered therapy, and family systems therapy.
I strongly believe that every person should be treated with empathy and compassion in their counseling journey. My clinical approach is holistic, including assessing how each client’s behaviors, symptoms, and thought patterns are affected by their past exercise, their current support systems, and any current or recent stressors that may be causing distress in their lives. It is through this whole person approach that clients can achieve significant improvements in their mental health.
I am excited to meet and work with all individuals and I embrace diversity in my practice and daily life. I welcome the LGBTQ+ community, whom I have passionately served over many years. I strive to have a practice that is inclusive and supportive of people of all backgrounds because I believe every individual deserves exceptional treatment that is empathetic and respectful. Further, I encourage my clients to actively participate and guide their treatment.
I am a Licensed Masters Social Work professional with over 6 years of hands-on experience, deeply committed to empowering individuals, couples, families, and groups to reach their fullest potential. I strive to connect with my clients in meaningful and compassionate ways, whether in person or online, and I embrace the uniqueness of each person I work with across various settings and diverse populations.
My approach centers on fostering personal growth and enhancing overall well-being through evidence-based therapies, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also specialize in adoption-competent therapy, recognizing the specific challenges that come with it.
Having witnessed the profound impact of addressing critical issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma, I aim to provide a safe space where clients can explore their feelings and experiences. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone deserves quality mental health treatment. My goal is to empower my clients so that they acquire the skills they need to manage daily stressors and truly enjoy their lives, creating a journey of healing and hope together.

Jennifer Lanzilotta, LMSW
Bria Gibbons, LCSW-C
I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW-C) with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with people across the lifespan including adolescents, young adults, adults, older adults as well as couples and families. I enjoy helping people navigate life’s challenges, including grief and loss, depression and anxiety, relationship and family dynamics, communication difficulties, self-esteem and confidence, major life transitions, work- or school-related stress, parenting and family stressors, and other everyday challenges that affect your overall well-being and quality of life.
I come from a strong crisis intervention background, which allows me to remain calm, grounded, and supportive during difficult or overwhelming moments. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I incorporate both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while also building skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I also strive to incorporate a holistic approach, recognizing the connection between mind, body, and environment, and helping you find balance in all areas of your life.
I draw from a variety of techniques to help you build effective coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication, and feel more in control of your life. I strive to meet you where you are—with compassion, authenticity, and without judgment. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for personal growth, we will work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to not only support you in the moment, but to help you build lasting tools and insight that you can carry with you beyond our sessions.
